10x30 is the size of a 1 ½ car garage (300 square ft.) and holds the contents of a 3 bedroom home plus appliances and a car, truck or boat or about 350 standard size boxes on shelves with access to your items.

12x30 is the size of a very large, extra deep garage (360 square ft.) and fits a large 4 bedroom home plus a car or boat also great for commercial inventory, construction materials or landscaping equipment.
